We all have our LinkedIn and Face Book accounts, but can you talk about work, share and be productive? SRMX is a secure role-based collaboration platform allowing for networking, information and resource sharing in a secure environment. The platform is designed for productivity solutions and the ease to reach out within domestic and international law enforcement, public safety, and security command staff for intelligence, briefs, subject matter expert topics to find an answer to a problem. Networking provides a strong bond within the various agencies.
The SRMX platform offers several subjects to explore and soon will offer external software applications, thus integrating tools we use everyday. For those who are eligible access to sensitive & government information and discussions you may ask to join those particular subjects. SRMX also provides for private groups, for your eyes only and those you want to invite. The platform offers and excellent, easy to use mobile application for when you are out of the office, which may be most of the time. In addition we bring you alerts and other news programs through the MetroWatch App.
We also understand how departments and stakeholders are using open social network platform programs like Twitter and Facebook when dealing with the public, so you will find an interface to such applications inside of SRMX. The new 4.0 program uses the tibbr software from TIBCO, selected based on its strong government relationships, software and security attributes.
Individuals who are in law enforcement, public safety, public authority security and those FSOs and direct stakeholder security officers may be eligible to use SRMX. We also offer a Private Use Community Platform. It is an agency self administered information portal connected to SRMX, but separate and secure only for that particular jurisdiction. Our efforts in collaboration networking and sharing management continue to grow. We are available to assist your department with determination and or selecting community and outreach technology programs available to government and security.

Ports play a significant part in local, regional, national and the global economy. It is important the people, projects and programs who are involved in the ports, the activities and events are highlighted. Each minute of every day passneger and cargo traffic moves across the globe. Everyone depends on the movement through the ports from travelers to the just in time supply chain. Public safety also plays a significant role to safe guarding this intricate maze. PSNews.org looks forward to highlighting the people, projects and programs that make it all work. In addition we will bring industry news and product reviews on an assortment of topics based on current trends and relevant port requirements.
We know the ports, we are the ports. Our commitment to this project works to serve the airport, seaport, border and transport authorities, agencies and direct stakeholders from around the world in their efforts to know and understand what vendors have available and to understand the ever changing product market and technologies.
The departments’ cumulatively spend billions a year in capital improvements and security projects. To that end we would like vendors to join us in using the P.S. Resource Guide as a way to inform and educate those who are looking for their next purchase. We will work to ensure the right people at the ports know what is available on the P.S. Guide, we hope you will help and list your company, products and services.
